Joanna Bihler, M.S. CCC-SLP AOMT-C, is a nationally accredited and state-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Oregon and Washington. Joanna was raised in Cleveland, Ohio, however after living in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years, she proudly considers herself an Oregonian and Pacific Northwest enthusiast.
Joanna has worked with a variety of populations with complex communication needs. Still, it wasn’t until the birth of Joanna’s two children that she truly understood the degree to which oral dysfunction could impact someone’s life. When both her daughter and son had difficulty sustaining a latch to breastfeed, Joanna learned they both had posterior tongue ties. She became inspired to pursue specialty training in infant neuromuscular re-education, pediatric sensory-motor feeding disorders, and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy.
Furthermore, Joanna is a dedicated school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) committed to supporting your child year-round. She focuses on preventing the "Summer Slide," ensuring continuous progress even when Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) are on hiatus during the summer months.
As a certified vinyasa yoga teacher, Joanna combines her passion for holistic health with her knowledge of the orofacial complex, seamlessly incorporating breath and postural awareness into treating myofunctional disorders.
Joanna’s free time is spent with her children, family, and friends; enjoying nature, outdoor adventures, pilates, gardening, and farm-to-table cooking. She is a self-proclaimed continuing education devotee.

Sandra Lucas, M.S. CCC-SLP, is a nationally accredited and state-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders (OMDs). As a proud Washington native, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals of all ages improve their orofacial functions, speech, and overall quality of life.
With extensive training and experience in diagnosing and treating OMDs, she is passionate about providing personalized, evidence-based care. As a mother of two, she understands firsthand the unique challenges and concerns parents face when dealing with orofacial myofunctional disorders. She believes that understanding these disorders from both a clinical and parental perspective enables her to provide holistic and compassionate care.
In her free time, Sandra enjoys exploring the beautiful trails of Washington and Oregon with her husband and children, gardening, or discovering new places through their travels. As a true foodie, she enjoys trying out new recipes and visiting local restaurants to savor the diverse culinary delights the area has to offer.
